How does this internship work?
Our Digital Media Internship has two phases: Basic and Advanced. Each one is 120 hours and takes place over the course of 6-7 weeks.
At the end of the Basic phase, our interns are evaluated before they move on to the Advanced phase. This stage of the internship offers a more generous stipend and allows the intern to build on the skills they acquired in Phase 1.
Our Internship Program is managed by Katie Castellano, a 10-year veteran of the radio industry. Her career began with a radio internship too! She has mentored and supervised dozens of interns, several of whom have gone on to careers in broadcast & digital media.
What can I do to help?
Our internship is funded entirely by donations from people like you, so the best thing you can do is contribute! Every donation counts, no matter how small. You can even set up automatic $1/week payments if that’s what works best for you!
All donations are tax-deductible, and many companies will even match your donation. Check with your employer to see if you can make your offer go twice as far.
We appreciate all of you for making this possible & hope you consider supporting our cause!
